In terms of what is a large conservatory, one of the measures you could use as a guide is whether it need planning permission or not. Small to medium size conservatories in the UK, don’t normally require planning permission in order to be built.
So, by default, if your new home conservatory or orangery need planning permission, then its probably safe to call it large.
Bigger rooms come with bigger price tags, so you need to have a proper budget prepared and ready beforehand – plus a 10% buffer to cover any unforeseen expenses that builders have a habit of “discovering” half way through the job.
