Touchstone can offer individually tailored maintenance contracts to suit both the system and the user.
We can also provide maintenance contracts to support not only systems installed by Touchstone, but also systems installed by others.
We work with our Customers to understand the level of service or maintenance that a particular systems requires, and to develop service level agreements that will provide the appropriate level of support.
Touchstone service Engineers are available around the clock, to provide either technical support or to attend site as required.
Faults can be logged & service engineers requested using the secure logon facility on our website.
This system provides a full audit trail of all faults logged and call-outs requested.
If a security system fails, it can leave the user exposed and at risk. It is our view that prevention is better than cure and for this reason all service & support contracts provided by Touchstone will include regular preventative maintenance visits.
By implementing a planned maintenance programme, Touchstone Engineers can check equipment and rectify any problems before a systems fails.
This approach ensures that the system is always fully operational.
